Every study confirms it: normal, healthy women fantasize about sex. A lot. And why not? It’s low-pressure, safe, guilt-free and private, and allows you to imagine doing things or behaving in ways your rational, social self might not feel comfortable attempting.
It’s perfect timing for a little conversation about women’s sexual fantasies—this Friday, my debut erotic romance novella, Just Gotta Say, releases, and centers around a woman getting to live out one of her hottest, longest-held secret fantasies. Having sex with multiple men is consistently on women’s top-ten list of sexual fantasies. This fantasy thrills women because it puts them at the center of not just one, but several men’s attention and desire. What could make you feel more wanted and adored and desirable than bringing multiple men to their knees—or to mind-bending orgasm?
A recent Stanford University study featured in Men’s Health surveyed 10,000 women to ask about their interest in various sexual situations or fantasies, and here’s what the study found:
25% want a threesome with a man and another woman.
81% want a man to use sex toys on them.
47% want to visit a strip club with a man.
40% are ready to make a sex DVD with their man.
72% want to watch porn with their man.
51% want to join the mile-high club with their man.
64% want to have sex with a man in a public place.
43% want to have a secret sexual encounter in an office.
66% want a man to cuff them.
74% want to be spanked during sex.
63% want a man to pull their hair during sex.
80% want to touch themselves while their man watches (and learns).
This list reveals why over 40% of women admit to watching porn or visiting pornographic websites when they’re alone. They want to be able to visualize the risqué activities and fantasies they find so very arousing. This was true for my Just Gotta Say heroine, Callie Davis, who indulges in a little movie watching because she thinks there’s no way her fantasy could ever come to life…
Tune back in tomorrow for more on women’s top sexual fantasies. What’s on your top ten list?
